Ladies nature wants to give you better orgasms
Increased blood flow = better orgasm. Simply add milled flaxseed to your diet to increase better blood flow to the clitoris. The chemical makeup of flaxseed helps keeps the blood flowing properly. Increased blood flow makes for better sensitivity. So ladies add flaxseed to your bag of tricks.
Let nature take it's course
Let natural take it's course and use flaxseed. The fiber is natural and safe for the whole family. Start out with a small amount to help prevent emergency situations, especially with kids. Put a small amount on peanut butter toast and they will eat it up. Be careful to much will change the texture.
Flaxseed Improves Sex life
Here is another reason to use flaxseed. I was reading an article by Susan Smith Jones, PH.D (The Proven Benefits of Flaxseed and LNA) and it said that flaxseed oil has been found to be a natural aphrodisiac. Blood flow blockage in the pelvis arteries is the most common physical cause of impotence in men and non-orgasmic response in women. Lack of blood flow prevents full expansion of the penis and /or clitoris. Thus ejaculation and or orgasm cannot occur. The answer is to unblock narrowed arteries and consuming flaxseed will help. That's because the oil of the flaxseed contains a substance that resembles prostaglandins. Prostaglandins regulate blood pressure and arterial function. The LNAs blood-regulating capabilities prevent spontaneous blood clots. Think I will light some candles and take a few tablespoons of flaxseed tonight, my husband has already taken his daily dose.

Sorry, I have been busy and have not had a chance to post. Flaxseed sure made a difference Thursday with all that turkey and trimmings. I don't know about your family but, the turkey was not the only thing stuffed at our table. It's a good thing that a daily dose of flaxseed will keep things moving.

Flax and Food
Quick and easy ways to incorporate flaxseed into your diet.
You could just take it straight like my husband and myself.
Swallow one tablespoonful, followed by water. Then another spoonful, followed by water. One more tablespoon at bedtime. Don't forget the water. Water could be substituted with juice. I have even mixed it in juice for the kids. Sprinkle it on toast with peanut butter. You don't want to use a lot because it will change the texture. Sprinkle over salads, this is great. Flaxseed has a light nutty taste.
Five Flax Facts
These flax facts are not intended as medical advice. Its intentions is solely informational and educational.

I was first introduced to Northern Edge Flaxseed in the spring of 2008. At the time of introduction I was not completely convinced of the healing properties it contained. However, later that spring my opinion would change.
It was a nice spring day when my husband was rushed to the emergency room. The doctor said that he arrived in the nick of time. After examining my husband it was determined that his blood sugar level had reached 500. After giving him doses of insulin and keeping him for observation he was released.
Being diagnosed with diabetes was a wake up call. We knew we had to do something and something quick. We were determined that he would not spend the rest of his life injecting insulin twice a day. Soon my husband started a daily regimen of flaxseed and Genesis. Genesis is a nutritional/antioxidant supplement that contains the healing properties of red wine without the alcohol. The flaxseed was milled and he would sprinkle it over his food.
After using this combination faithfully we noticed a drop in his blood sugar. At times it would drop too low. It was dropping because he was still using the insulin. He decided to take a leap of faith and stop taking the insulin. He continued to monitor his blood sugar and discovered that his numbers were in normal range.
During his next visit to the doctor’s office my husband proudly proclaimed that he had not taken his insulin for two months. You should have seen the look on the doctor’s face. The doctor ordered a series of test. A week later my husband received a letter saying that his test results were excellent. He did not have to take any diabetes medication. Shouts of joy rang out. Praise the Lord for Flaxseed! My husband maintains his good health with a daily dose of Flaxseed and Genesis.
This experience made a believer out of me concerning the healing properties of Flaxseed. I will never doubt the healing power of nature again. Flaxseed Helped Cure My Diabetic Husband!
